Accounting Program
The purpose of this program is to provide you with suitable accounting and financial systems.
Objective
To look after all your bookkeeping requirements and financial reporting requirements. To work closely with your accountants to ensure that the correct computerised accounting system is used and the delivery of year end accounts is in the format they require.
Approach
The first meeting, which is complimentary, is to establish the scope and requirements of the program. If you are new company we can help you to find a suitable accountant and be on hand to help you during the early days of your new business. We will draw up a proposal, which contains the objectives, scope of program, itemised deliverables, monthly fees and terms and conditions. This will form the basis of a twelve months contract that requires your signature in order to proceed. Each quarter we will review the program with you to ensure any targets and objectives are being meet and make any necessary changes. At the end of each year we will issue a new contract for the forthcoming year.
Results
We will provide you with a local book-keeping service in accordance with you contract, that will free up your time or your staff's time and give you regular financial information to help you grow and develop your business.
