Approach
We will arrange a workshop for you and your team. If you are a small young company this often involves one-to-one meetings, but the methods used are no different.For example:

Understanding your business. We need to fully understand your business or business idea.

Reviewing your business plan. Go through with you how this was constructed, see whether any improvements can be made. In the case of new businesses we will supply the tools and guidance for you to develop you own.

Identifying risks and constraints. What are the areas that cause you to go off course and hold you back.
Results
You'll receive a business proposal plan that plays back the information from our workshops and discussions plus our ideas, suggestions and recommendations of how we can help you move forward. A follow up meeting will be arranged to discuss the proposal and recommendations made.
