    Bookkeeping Set Up & Training Package
    We offer a one day setup/training on any of the accounts packages we promote, they consist of the following
    1. Free Simple Bookkeeping Software
    2. VT Transaction Accounts
    3. Sage Accounting
    4. Quick books
    For most start-up businesses we find that one day is usually enough time to get clients up and running. If however, more time is required then additional hours can be made available at our standard hourly rate.

    Bookkeeping Online and Telephone support
    We understand that certain situations can occur that you're not always sure how to deal with, especially in the initial phase of your business. Therefore, we have developed a telephone support system to handle just those situations. This system allows you to call us as many times as you need to during office hours, five days a week Monday to Friday with your Bookkeeping queries. We will always endeavor to answer your queries immediately, but in the event that this is not possible we guarantee to respond within one working day.
    If required, and with your permission, we can access your computer remotely in order to help, assist and correct any errors that may have occurred on your bookkeeping system.
    We wanted to make the cost of this service affordable to both startup and small businesses.

    Subscription for this service is Only £ 9.95 per month, with cancellation being available at any time.
    Special Bookkeeping Package
    If you are a small business, with low transaction volumes, we can offer you a Special Package to handle your bookkeeping requirements.
    The Special Bookkeeping Package consists of the following:
    1. We visit your company once every three months, usually to co inside with your quarterly VAT return - work can be completed on-site or off-site by remotely accessing you system.
    2. During this visit we bring your accounts up-to-date, complete any necessary VAT returns, payroll returns and provide you with a set of management reports
    3. Once a year we will visit you to compile your year end accounts in a format suitable for your accountant
    This Special Bookkeeping Package is only available to customers following discussions with us to determine suitability.

    In order to help you budget expenditure this Special Bookkeeping Package is provided on a monthly subscription, which may be cancelled at any time by either party by giving 30 days written notice. The Special Bookkeeping Package is reviewed every 12 months in order to reassess suitability, transaction volumes and additional requirements
