Challenge

One man engineering company took the opportunity to expand by buying out his local competitor. He soon realised that his customer base had changed and he was not only keen to retain this new business but to develop it further.

Approach

From a one day workshop we were able to identify and recommend areas we could help and improve on; we concentrated on three main areas:
Finance: Installed a computerized accounting system - to ensure good financial control.
Marketing: Re branding of the company, marketing material and a web site - to put forward a new image that carried the same message through all his marketing literature.
Web Site: Using technology to deliver improved efficiency and organisation

Results

Sales have soared since January 2006, returning record profits. The client has had the time to concentrate on his core activities knowing that all administration is being catered for professionally.
