Challenge

A well established building and renovation company were seeing business opportunities slipping by because they did not have up-to-date financial information available when required. They were also receiving requests from potential clients for details of their passed projects.

Approach

Our first step was to computerise their manual accounting system. This immediately transformed the company's perception and attitude to their financial circumstances. Through a series of meetings we were able to assemble a brochure web site that could be easily updated by their staff.

Results

By having up-to-date financial information the client has been successful in winning a bid worth three-quarters of a million pounds. For the first time new and old clients could view the excellence and craftsmanship of work that had been completed.
