Business Management Consultants since 1995.

Initially the company specialised in providing business analysis, application development and integration. This service was primarily utilised by blue chip companies such as  Selfridges, Adams Childrenswear Morgan Stanley and Standard Chartered Bank. In order to achieve the required integration it was necessary to work very closely with all department heads of an organisation i.e  sales, marketing, finance and warehousing, to gain a good understanding of their practices, needs and requirements.

In 2003 the emphasis of the company switched from main stream corporate clients to small businesses.The knowledge and experienced previously gained could now be offered to a wider range of small organisations to help them improve efficiency, obtain stronger growth and increase profitability.

We are highly recommended by our clients for the work we have performed for them, ranging from short to long term engagements. Many have chosen to make us long term associates to their business. We enjoy a good business relationships with all our clients, enjoying a trust which goes beyond that normally associated with outside business consulting firms.

Team

Joe Dostal - Managing Director

Joe spent the first fourteen years of his commercial career as a management accountant in manufacturing, wholesale distribution and the computer industry working for well known companies such as Norton Triumph and Honeywell Computers.

He realised in the late 1970’s that computing would dominate the business world and decided to cross train as a programmer / analyst with IBM, later moving onto project management and finally I.T Director for a major paper wholesale and distribution company where he controlled four sites in the U.K with data links to Europe.

Since 1988 Joe has been providing business management consultancy to large and small organisations. Understanding the many challenges that face businesses today, Joe is now passionate on utilising his experience and knowledge to help and assist small businesses to realise their full potential by bringing clarity, simplification to any issue and creating positive next steps.

On the personal side, Joe is married with two teenage children, who keep him on his toes. Joe loves being by the sea, boating, fishing, swimming or just simply sitting on the beach watching the sun go down. As a complete contrast, Joe's other passion is cooking, unfortunately his wife always thinks a bomb has hit the kitchen when he's preparing food, although she does enjoy the meals.

Mandy Dostal - Company Secretary

Mandy started her career training in accounts for a multi-national wholesale distributors before moving onto work with computer systems using IBM mid rang equipment for IMI. During her time having and raising a family, Mandy gained her AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification and became a member of " The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers". Over the past eight years Mandy has been able to extend her knowledge by adding P.A(personal assistant duties) structure and organisation to her skill set.
