Challenge

Develop a strategy that would allow the client time to concentrate on design & production of high quality flat packed furniture products to satisfy niche wholesale, distribution and retail outlets.

Approach

As always, we carried out an in-depth analysis of where the business was and where the business wanted to be and from the gap analysis, along with the client, produced a road map to move forward.

Results

Working closely with the client we are able to provide business management support in areas of business planning & negotiations, sales & marketing and management accounting. This has enabled the client to devote the majority of his time to design, production and client relationships, which has resulted in over 80%  increase in turnover in a twelve month period.
