Choosing the right computer, setting up a network, accessing the internet can be a daunting task. Most businesses new or old appreciate they need information technology to run and grow their business.That is why we have a team of dedicated professionals who can help you select, install and implement the right system for you. You also have the assurance of knowing these teams are available to give support when you need them.
Option: Software
Of course, choosing the right software can be a dilemma as is learning how to use it. We have in-house expertise on hand who have knowledge and experience of most of the major applications you will require for your business. In addition, we have low cost video tutorials to help with your initial and ongoing training.
Approach
You may fit into either the hardware category or software category or both. Whichever is the case we tend to follow the same structure in determining how we can best help and assist you. The first meeting is complimentary and is to establish your aims and objectives.
We will then provide you with an outline proposal containing our recommendations, time and scope of project, estimation of fees and material cost and our terms and conditions. Once this has been agreed and signed off we can then move to the next stage.
We breakdown each category into constituent parts and put together more detailed quotes for your approval. This then forms a detailed budget, which needs to be signed off by you in order for the work to proceed
Results
A schedule time table is drawn up for implementation of hardware, software and training. All elements are fully tested before they are handed over to ensure that they not only work independently but also integrate with all the other components.
